Weekend of sweet sweet victory

There are few things on this Earth that make me absolutely giddy with excitement.  First, I have to say that my daughter makes me that giddy.  When she smiles, when she cries...everything she does warms my heart.  Also.  My wife makes me all giddy when I come home and find Carrot Cake freshly baked on the counter....mmmm Carrot Cake!  

 

But one of the greatest feelings in my life come when the Vancouver Canucks beat the living crap out of the Toronto Maple Leafs.  The win last night in Edmonto was great too, but there's just someting about your hockey team dismantleing the hopes and dreams of the entire Leaf Nation.  

Those losers haven't won crap since 1967, and yes, I realize the Canucks have gone with 0 cups in their 40 year history, but at least Canuck fans are realistic about their team's chances.  Those silly Leaf fans cry "This is our year!" when they have players like Nikolai Kulimen and Phil Kessel.  GET REAL BUD FANS.  

So to all the Leaf Nation out  there, I tell you this.  Go make me a sandwich, I'm hungry/
