I've no real words for this blog.  Last night, at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, the Vancouver Canucks paid tribute to one of their fallen teammates before they took to the ice vs. The Rangers...

They're weren't many dry eyes in the house as the Fans at the game fondly remembered the scrappy, bulldog of a play who would fight any player at anytime regardless of their size...remember this bout?

 

Depression killed Rick Rypien.  It's a desease and a terrible one at that.  If you feel alone, or depressed, please go talk to someone about it.   Depression can make you feel isolated but you're really just a friendly face away from getting better.
